My name is Amy and I'm a junior doctor and running coach. I'm currently working in Bath and completing a Sports Medicine MSc part-time.
Running has been a part of my life since childhood but I became particularly passionate about the sport in my twenties. As I competed in more races I developed a greater interest in both the physiology and psychology behind running. I started creating my own training plans and reduced by marathon time down to 2hrs57.
I became a running coach so that I can support people as they start their running journeys and push more experienced runners to achieve their goals.
