Ready for the Run

ONE TO ONE RUN COACHING

These one to one sessions will last one hour and will provide an opportunity to receive feedback on technique. Identifying key areas that require improvement will enable you to optimise your running form and enable you to run more efficiently.

 

These sessions will take place in London, Bristol or Bath. You will be provided with a running analysis report after the session with guidance on how to improve your form through drills and technical sessions.
