Welcome to my website where I hope you find useful resources for becoming more active, improving fitness and enhancing running performance.


I became hooked on running in my early twenties when I joined a local running club to meet new people in London. Nowadays you're more likely to find me running on countryside trails with my dog, Whiskey. 


My main passion lies in movement for good health - the benefits to both mental and physical health are endless and the beauty is that every minute of activity counts. In my role as a doctor I work hard to support patients to become more active and as a running coach I am particularly enthusiastic about supporting runners at the beginning of their journey.
